and Global Digital Partnerships organization defines the next phase
of innovation for Visa through our global network of Innovation
Centers. It also leads the development and commercialization of
Visa products and solutions for Big Tech, Fintech, and Platform

commerce ecosystems.North America Product Innovation is looking to
hire a Product Leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a
successful track record of building emerging payments products at
scale. In this role, you will be responsible for working in
partnership with digital, fintech, and regional product teams to
deliver innovative payment solutions that will drive value for Visa
and its customers. To foster this value-driven innovation culture,
we are looking for a digital and technology-savvy product
development leader who is passionate about innovating and
delivering truly differentiated payments experiences for specific
marketplaces.The role will engage across all of the Emerging
Product Solutions Teams of the hub and the Geography Teams in the
markets. It will also interact with other key functions across the
organization: Business Development, Finance, Global Client
Management, etc. Therefore, the role requires a very high degree of
cross-functional collaboration and engagement.Responsibilities
- Define the vision and strategy for product initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, foster an
environment of great team culture.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly
communicate updates on the product strategy, progress, and
performance.
- Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to
lead product development efforts.
- Define features and communicate requirements to engineering in
clearly written documentation.
- Monitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths
for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when
needed.
- Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect
resolution, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure
a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls,
Legal, Compliance)This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can
alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid
roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week
(determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being
in the office 50% or more of the time based on business
needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a
PhD
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around
technology decisions and strategyrelated to a product.
- Experience in working with development teams in scrum and agile
methodologies.
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make
product decisions.
- Experience in online payments including digital wallets and
money movement.
- Experience driving change within large, highly matrixed
organizations and managing stakeholdersacross multiple
functions.Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
8-10 years of experience with anAdvanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,
JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- 15+ years of experience in financial services and product
management
- Global mindset with ability to build to scale.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a
large, diverse set of to-dos - vigorouslyprioritize, stay on top of
multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners
accountable.
- Communication style motivated by brevity and purposeful
outcomes with experience interfacingwith executives.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and
across multiple domains.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated
ability to build digital products.
- Ability to think strategically while still being comfortable
diving into the details required to ensure successful
execution.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the
product development lifecycle using AgilemethodologiesAdditional
InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the
department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10%
of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be
performed in an office setting. The position will require the
incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by
telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 163,800.00 to
237,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales
