environment, join us!Job DescriptionThe Recruiting Specialist is a
key member of our Talent Acquisition team at Galileo Learning. You
will be responsible for supporting both direct talent sourcing
efforts and employer branding initiatives. As a key member of our
Talent Acquisition team, you will refine and guide our recruitment
narrative and manage our employer pages across multiple platforms.
You will also drive our referrals and incentives program, partner
with the marketing team on initiatives, and be a key thought
partner to support expanded initiatives. YOU WILL
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract and
retain top talent for Galileo Camps and Galileo Learning
headquarters staff.
- Refine and guide our recruitment narrative. Manage our employer
pages across multiple platforms, including Galileo-hosted career
pages, Glassdoor/Indeed, LinkedIn, RippleMatch, and social media
platforms.
- Drive our referrals and rehire programs to ensure that our
referral strategy and alumni community remain key drivers to
helping us find and retain talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on initiatives like
company awards, marketing & PR opportunities, and professional
development incentives to ensure Galileo is positioned as a top
employer within the education and adjacent industries.
- Maintain employer branding guidelines and templates for use
across Talent Acquisition functions.
- Support communication strategies for employee engagement and
talent acquisition by drafting and sending newsletters, recruiting
campaigns and contributing to the master communications
calendar.
- Develop the annual Talent Acquisition events calendar
(including in person and virtual recruiting events) and represent
Galileo at all Northern California recruitment events.
- Proactively source talent to build a robust pipeline of diverse
& qualified candidates for current and planned roles.
- Cultivate an engaged network of partnership organizations in
support of our priority to attract diverse talent across all
Galileo markets, including those. YOU ARE

details.COMPENSATIONWe anticipate the compensation for this
Full-Time, non-exempt position to be $30.00/ hour. Exact
compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors,
including geography and professional experience. BENEFITS

in the San Fransisco Bay Area, California, at the Galileo
Headquarters, 1021 3rd Street, Oakland, CA 94607. Please note that
Galileo currently adheres to a hybrid office and work-from-home
policy; this role will work two days per week in the
office.Qualifications
- 2+ years experience sourcing or employer branding, preferably
for a multi-site organization.
- Experience in employer content development and career site
curation is a preferred
- Having worked in summer camps, education, or similar
organizations is a plus!
- Goal-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated within a team
environment
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and verbal and written
communication skills
- Ability to travel to in-person recruiting events within
California and to visit Northern California camp locations in the
Summer.
