We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory
Representative to join our team at Gee Heavy Machinery. As a key
member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving
our company's growth in the heavy equipment industry. You will be
responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and
providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll do...
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or
exceed sales targets within the heavy equipment industry.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including
cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their needs,
and the market to tailor solutions that address their
requirements.
- Present product information, benefits, and demonstrations to
potential customers, highlighting features that differentiate our
offerings from competitors.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and
customer satisfaction.
- Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients to maximize customer retention and identify
upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional
materials, attend industry trade shows and exhibitions, and
participate in marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and
competitor analysis to the Sales Manager.
What you'll need...
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a
related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the heavy
equipment industry.
- Industry-specific certifications and training courses are
advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
within the heavy equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive
business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with clients.
- Solid understanding of heavy equipment products, their
applications, and the market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a
proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and
attend industry events.
Starting Pay: $60,000 + Incentive Associated topics: director of
