Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Accounting operations within the organization,
assessing current operations, offering recommendations for
improvement, and implementing new processes
Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure support and
information needs are met
Managing financial data accumulation, consolidation, and
preparation of internal and external financial statements
Required Qualifications:
CPA certification
Proven experience leading the accounting function
Ability to execute plans independently
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Adaptability to changing company needs
