Team, Your ImpactWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Staff Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Lead
the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for a
Business Unit (BU), including strategic planning, budgeting,
forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with Marketing and
Engineering teams to align financial strategies with business goals
and drive cross-functional collaboration. Manage and mentor a team
of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development.What You Can Expect
- Lead the FP&A function for BU, including strategic
planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to align financial
strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional
collaboration.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and professional
development.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic
decision-making and long-term planning.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to
senior management to drive business performance.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company
policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business
initiatives and optimize financial performance.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.What
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a
related field is required.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with
at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,
and variance analysis.
- Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams,
particularly in Marketing and Engineering.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and
delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial
stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
requirements.
- Experience with process improvement and automation
initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a
high-pressure setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on
developing and mentoring talent.Expected Base Pay Range
(USD)142,600 - 211,010, $ per annumThe successful candidate's
starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills,
experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on
market conditions.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsAt
