Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Utilities
vertical. The person will lead all client interfaces within the
assigned account, working with Group Managers to build and execute
the account plan, and will be responsible for client management and
growth against the plan. Typically manages a single account or part
of a large account with a P&L of $50M, with a focus on
Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Grid Modernization
initiatives, including large transformation programs in SAP
Utilities, Oracle Utilities (Billing), and Cloud migrations. Key
Responsibilities: Client Growth & Relationship Leadership • Build
and execute an account strategy to grow to/exceed $50M; drive
net-new and expansion opportunities. • Own the opportunity
lifecycle (Prospect ? Qualify ? Shape ? Propose ? Close) with
disciplined pipeline management (3–4× coverage). • Develop and
deepen executive relationships (CIO/CTO/COO/VP T&D,
Regulatory/Operations). Deal Orchestration & Commercials • Lead
multi-tower pursuits (consulting, applications, cloud, data/AI,
OT/IT) and multi-year transformations. • Shape solution, pricing,
and commercial structures (T&M, fixed, outcome-based) and
negotiate to close $5–25M deals. Delivery Assurance & Customer
Success • Govern delivery outcomes with GDM teams to achieve
contractual commitments, margin targets, and client
satisfaction/NPS. • Run executive QBRs/SteerCos and proactively
remediate risks. Ecosystem & Thought Leadership • Activate the
partner ecosystem (SAP Utilities, Oracle Energy &
Water—C2M/CC&B, major Hyperscalers) to co?sell and co?deliver.
• Bring thought leadership on Grid Modernization,
AMI/ADMS/DERMS/OMS, asset & field service, and cloud data/AI for

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited
institution. Will also consider three years of progressive
experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and
14 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship
management/account management experience • Direct sales and account
management experience in the Utilities industry (Electric, Gas,
Water), with proven exposure to Transmission & Distribution
(T&D) and Grid Modernization initiatives. • Experience in SAP
Utilities (e.g., IS?U, S/4HANA Utilities/S/4 UCE) is a must?have;
exposure to Oracle Utilities (Billing—CC&B/C2M) is strongly
preferred. • Significant business development (origination to close
of multi?year programs) and project/engagement governance
experience. • Experience managing Utilities accounts and driving
solutions sales and implementations in SAP Utilities; experience
positioning Oracle Utilities (Billing) a plus. • Experience
selling/positioning cloud migration and modernization programs
(AWS/Azure/GCP) for utility workloads (CIS, analytics, data
platforms). • Track record engaging C?suite and senior operations
leaders (CIO/CTO/COO/VP T&D) and building executive
relationship maps. • Hands?on experience with deal shaping,
proposal creation, pricing/commercials, and leading executive
presentations. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication,
and presentation skills • Wide variety of IT and business
consulting engagement experience • Proven ability to meet/exceed
annual sales targets, with history of closing $5–25M multi?tower
deals and managing a $50M portfolio. • Candidates authorized to

Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement
teams • Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing
