XperiencOps Inc. seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer Lead to join our team. As the Senior Quality Engineer Lead, you will lead and manage a team of quality engineers and drive the quality assurance efforts across our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective quality assurance processes and procedures.Your primary responsibilities will include defining and implementing quality standards, developing test strategies, and overseeing the execution of test plans. You will work closely with the development and product teams to identify and prioritize quality issues and drive their resolution. Additionally, you will mentor and guide the quality engineering team, fostering their growth and professional development.Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Define and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop and execute test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues, and drive their resolution.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the quality engineering team, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and technologies. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.- Experience in developing test strategies and test plans.- Thorough knowledge of software testing techniques and tools.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
