Our vision: a comprehensive AI platform addressing a broad spectrum of health conditions.HealthLeap's AI platform is currently used by Cedars-Sinai to screen every admitted hospital patient daily. Following a successful hospital-wide pilot, Cedars-Sinai signed a multi-year contract with HealthLeap. HealthLeap is now profitable and has a waitlist of over 50 hospitals interested in implementing the platform. We just raised a seed round from top-tier investors.HealthLeap is also co-publishing a research paper with clinical leaders from Stanford Health, Johns Hopkins, and Cedars-Sinai. The paper is currently undergoing peer review in high-impact journals.We're looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing AI driven healthcare. As a key member of our engineering team, you will own our end-to-end MLOps pipelines, develop cutting-edge machine learning models, and drive their deployment to production. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient lives by unlocking the potential in healthcare data and scaling our platform to improve patient outcomes.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoringExperiment with machine learning model architectures and incorporate LLMs into traditional ML systemsCollaborate with data scientists and software engineers to push models into production environmentsEvaluate and monitor model performance, implementing necessary improvements and updatesOptimize model performance and scalabilityRequirements:3+ years of experience with machine learning and backend engineering.Proven track record of deploying ML models at scaleStrong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and software engineering best practicesExperience with big data processing and feature engineeringExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to explore novel model architecturesEagerness to build from 0 to 1 and unlock potential in healthcare dataIf you are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered healthcare and make a meaningful difference in patient lives, we'd love to hear from you.
