Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities L&W Swabbing is seeking an
experienced rig operator qualified in swabbing operations for oil
and gas wells to service L&W's longstanding clients in the
Texas and Louisiana operations field. Safely operate a conventional
draw works swabbing rig in/out of oil & gas wells with knowledge
and comprehension of draw works line wrap counts, line counters,
line flag indicators, well pressures and hydraulics 5 years of
relevant and proven rig operations experience (swabbing, workover,
wireline or slickline). Perform safe rigging and rigging-related
tasks to facilitate lifting and moving equipment. Follow all OSHA
regulations and safety protocols during daily operations. Oversee
and direct Swab Helper in assisting job site operations including
swab tank setup and connections. Coordinate with customer and site
personnel on tasks and safe operations of rig to adjacent
operations. Conduct routine inspections including DOT inspection of
rig and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities and
equipment usage and maintenance. L&W Swabbing ownership has
over 45 years swabbing operations experience servicing longstanding
clients. L&W is well-positioned with family ownership seeking a
swab operator that will be a permanent fit to the family with the
desire to see them personally develop, better themselves (and their
families), and preferably retire at L&W Swabbing.
