Vagaro is looking for a Senior Manager, FP& A, o lead and oversee Vagaro's planning and analysis processes. Reporting to the CFO, you will work with partners across the finance and leadership teams to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's strategic initiatives and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis.**This is an onsite position at our Pleasanton, CA Headquarters**Perks:15 days PTO9 company holidaysReimbursement program using any of Vagaro services.401k retirement plan with matchingHealthcare, dental & vision plans for individuals and familiesLife insurance, supplemental programsCollege reimbursement programDiscounted tickets programDoordash Dash PassOn-site fitness centerWork/Life & EAP servicesResponsibilities:Manage the budget and provide oversight on financial management with discpline and controlsEstablish key business metrics and KPIs to measure performance of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunityPartner with broader FP& A, Accounting teams to support company-wide financial modeling, monthly close, reporting, and ad-hoc projectsManage FP& A responsibilities for both the topline and expense across the P& LAnalyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against business plansConduct Financial analysis and modelingPrepare policy and procedures to support accounting functionsPrepare meaningful analysis regarding business performanceIdentify opportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levelsPrepare daily operational and forecast report such as cash reportDevelop and expand your own skill set in an environment where learning and development are encouragedQualifications:8-12 years of relevant finance experience, including experience in finance & strategy in a corporateenvironmentWorking knowledge of GAAP to facilitate understanding of forecast and budget resultsExceptional business acumen and proven success in driving significant process implementations and improvementsAbility to convert financial and accounting data into business informationAdvanced excel skills including strong data manipulation skillsExperience with financial planning tools (e.G., NetSuite preferred)Ability to lead, influence and drive priorities at the business executive level as well as build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the company.About the Company:Vagaro, Inc. develops an all-in-one business management platform and a powerful online marketplace for the salon, spa, and fitness industries.
