we rapidly expand our global GTM footprint, we're looking for a
Revenue Operations Manager to accelerate our analytical rigor, help
architect and automate our GTM data infrastructure, and surface
insights that deepen and expand our understanding of Mistral and
provide clarity on where to focus.You will partner closely with our
GTM and Finance leadership teams and operate as an expert in our
respective business units. This includes in-depth analysis of our
customer segmentation strategy, development consumption-focused
forecasting models, facilitating and driving our business reviews,
automating and democratizing insights, being a steward of our data
architecture and testing ways in which Mistral AI can leverage our
product to surface insights.What you will doLeverage insights and
analytics to guide our strategic planning processes---Partner with
regional Sales Leadership to understand, analyze and guide their
segment-specific GTM strategy including, but not limited to;
territory segmentation, pipeline analytics, capacity and resource
planning, performance management.---Craft and automate insights and
analysis that surfaces key signals / insights within our GTM motion
and develop a coherent narrative on how to approach---Partner in
the developing and executing our key business operating rhythms and
ensure that Leadership has visibility into KPIs that are critical
to attainment of our company targets.Develop a data infrastructure
that fuels democratized insights and automation--- Partner with
Finance, Data Engineering and Data Science teams to consistently
improve our data layer, data hygiene in support of our analytical
objectives.--- Leverage this data infrastructure to build and
manage our executive dashboarding suite to facilitate scalable and
reliable insight delivery.--- Deeply understand key conversions
within our customer journey and develop automated data capture
flows to better understand and forecast.--- Leverage data
infrastructure to build Sales-facing Agentic analysts using Mistral
AI to scale our insight delivery.Achieve high levels of forecast
accuracy across our revenue streams--- Build and automate accurate
forecasting models that improve the accuracy of our consumption
business - both internal and partner ecosystem--- Consistently
improve and tune our forecasting models using new data, insights
and trends while communicating those trends to Leadership with high
degrees of clarity.--- Leverage these trends to develop long-range
planning models that guide resource allocation, company targets,
and leading indicators throughout our customer funnel.--- Be
willing and excited to understand why a forecast was wrong, and use
first principles to understand what was missed and needs to be
incorporated.Tell data-driven stories in a clear, concise manner to
Leadership--- Build narrative-based summaries of critical insights
that drive cross-functional clarity around emergent trends,
suggested actions, and next steps---Own and manage the delivery,
format, and iterations of our business review artifacts with a
focus on insights and action.---Be able and willing to communicate
concise executive summaries to a wide range of Leadership
stakeholders.Who you are--- Meaningful experience in three major
areas: sales and/or revenue operations, strategic finance in a
rapidly growing business with multiple revenue streams, and/or
management consulting or other strategy-based roles--- Excellent
analytical skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights and communicate both your reasoning and
suggested solutions in a concise, motivating, and impactful manner
to any audience on the fly--- You are comfortable navigating a new
problem set, enjoy and thrive in the initial ambiguity of the
problem, and are able to leverage reasoning and data to arrive at
the most simple distillation of the problem. You always strive for
simplicity over complexity.--- Deep experience with GTM systems
(e.g.: Salesforce, Clay) and business intelligence tools (e.g.
Looker, Metabase, Hex or similar BI tools)---An innate ability to
build rapport, trust, and influence with a variety of stakeholders
at all levels of the organization, and ensuring these relationships
guide your discovery process, your solutions and your
insights.---You are a builder at heart, you thrive in an
environment where you have the creative freedom to problem solve
from first principles and excel in an environment where you are
able to build from the ground up.--- You have a perspective on what
GenAI means to you and your role, and have an initial thesis on how
you would implement and leverage GenAI to scale you and our teams.
