A community health center located in Alameda County is looking to bring on a new Behavioral Health Provider to consult and collaborate with primary care providers and ensure that high-quality medical care is provided. This organization takes pride in their dedication to care for the community while hiring some of the best medical professionals in northern California.The Behavioral Health Provider will be expected to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic treatment to individuals experiencing mental health conditions and behavioral issues. This role involves the active development of treatment plans, counseling, and collaboration with otherhealthcare providers to ensure holistic care. This provider must offer support for a range of conditions that include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and etc. Previous experience as a Provider is strongly encouraged for consideration at this time. It is also required that the Behavioral Health Provider be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PsyD), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).While the Behavioral Health Provider reports up to the Director of Behavioral Health, they may oversee and provide guidance to a variety of professionals including Behavioral Health Technicians, Care Coordinators, and at times some Counseling Interns (grad students). These individuals will look up to the Provider for clinical supervision, guidance on treatment plans, and more.Located in Alameda County, this city is in the southeastern part of the San Francisco Bay Area.
