Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years required for seasoned RNs; new grads must have 3 years of experience License: Valid state RN license required at time of application Certifications: - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA - Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Must-Have: - Epic charting experience preferred - Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing Job Description: - Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Demonstrate ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols. - Participate in the orientation and e-learning modules; orientation includes 16 non-billable hours. - Maintain required certifications, which must be from the American Heart Association (AHA). - Handle patient care with professional expertise and uphold the standards of nursing practice.
