residents of Skilled Nursing Homes across California. As a

schedule.*What You'll Do:** Perform routine assessments and exams
to evaluate skin and wound conditions.* Diagnose, treat, and manage
both acute and chronic wounds while developing customized care
plans.* Implement wound care orders and treatments, ensuring
optimal patient outcomes.* Monitor patient progress and adapt care
plans as necessary to improve healing.* Evaluate new admissions and
document status and care plans.*What Were Looking For:** *Current
CA State RN License* and *Licensed Nurse Practitioner*.* A minimum
of *2 years experience* in wound care, with a solid understanding
of treatment protocols and best practices.* Experience in *Skilled
Nursing Homes* is a plus, but not required.* Proficiency with
*basic computer skills* and experience using *EMR software*.*
*Wound Care Certification* is a plus, but not
mandatory.*Location:** Regional Travel Throughout California;
