Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty:
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant setting

Certifications: ACLS, BLS required. Must-Have: - Previous charge
experience preferred. - Experience with Epic charting system
preferred. - Ability to manage a patient ratio of 5:1. - Experience
in patient care for adults required. Description: We are seeking a
registered nurse for a surgical unit specializing in
medical-surgical and telemetry care. The nurse will be responsible
for providing high-quality patient care. Duties include monitoring
patients, administering medications, and collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams. Experience in caring for patients with
falls, sepsis, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, and chronic
heart failure is essential. Competence in managing cardiac
telemetry and dysrhythmias is required. Candidates should have the
ability to interpret clinical data and provide effective
interventions. Skills needed include intravenous access and
management, central line care, and bladder irrigation. Strong
communication and teamwork skills are necessary for interacting
with patients, families, and healthcare staff. We require
candidates who are knowledgeable in infection control and safety
protocols. A commitment to ongoing professional development and
quality improvement is important.
