This role is crucial for residents who are training in highly specialized areas such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. The position involves coordinating and overseeing clinical educational experiences at various locations, ensuring alignment with both educational goals and clinical needs, maximizing learning opportunities while maintaining high standards of care. Coordinate the organization and implementation of away rotations for residents across various specialties. Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure seamless integration of the educational agenda with practical requirements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and propose improvements. Assist in the development of rotation objectives, schedules, and comprehensive assessment methods. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during rotations. Support residents' educational and professional development through mentoring and access to resources. Facilitate the integration of innovative educational techniques and technologies. Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare education systems and standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in data analysis and performance/evaluation metrics Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms Board certified or eligible in respective medical specialty Valid medical license Additional certification in medical education or healthcare leadership is a plus
