Job Description Job Description Salary: Job Description Pinnacle Home Health is seeking a motivated and result-driven Home Health Marketer to help grow our referral network and brand presence in Sacramento and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will build relationships with referral sources and support marketing efforts to increase census. Responsibilities Develop relationship with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community partners to generate referrals. Promote Pinnacle Home Health services through in-person and digital outreach. Track referral activities and report results. Represent the company professionally at community events and meeting. Requirements Experience in healthcare home health marketing proffered Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, self motivated, and able to work independently.
