Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Minimum 1–3 years Case Management/Clinical Liaison experience / Clinical background required (RN, MSW, LCSW, Therapy, or Case Management) / Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–5p, 40 hrs/week 1 weekend/month (4 hrs Sat & 4 hrs Sun, flex Thursday off), 13 weeks / Start Date: 02/02/2026 / Unit: Inpatient Rehab (30-bed Acute Rehab Unit) / EMR: EPIC / Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric (Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury) / Skills Required: Post-acute care knowledge, care coordination, case management, business development/marketing, insurance auth understanding preferred / Float: Local facility travel may be required / Dress Code: Business casual / PAY NEGOTIABLE TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID 980727.
