Pharmacy Tech Location: Truckee, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,776 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Profession: Pharmacy Technician Specialty: Pharmacy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours, 0700-1900 Experience: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of inpatient experience - Sterile compounding experience - Experience with hazardous drugs License: - California Pharmacy Technician License - Nevada Pharmacy Technician License (preferred) Certifications: - BLS Certification Must-Have: - One year certificate from college or technical school - Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC and Pyxis (preferred) Description: This position involves preparing and distributing medications. Duties include maintaining drug inventory and patient records. Experience in sterile compounding, particularly for cancer medications, is required. The schedule consists of 40 hours a week with 10-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. There will be a block schedule in place. Occasional weekend work may be required based on departmental needs, potentially one weekend a month. BLS certification is a requirement for this role.
