Job Description Job Description The Opportunity: Assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment ? Completing preventative maintenance tasks ? Calibrating equipment ? Replacing filters and gaskets ? Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units ? Cleaning and maintaining condensers ? Replacing belts ? Inspecting bulk CO2 and Coke tanks ? Managing operations and cleaning supplies ?
