In this role, you will focus on building intuitive, high-performing, and scalable user interfaces that drive our growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging technologies like ReactJS, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS within a serverless architecture.You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager, Growth Engineering.You will be based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least one day per week.Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and drive initiatives for specific segments within the product.
• Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable code while adhering to best practices, including thorough unit testing and peer code reviews.
• Design innovative solutions to address challenges, aligning with both the product and technology roadmaps to achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain applications and services using TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment.
• Optimize systems and processes to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to uphold high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into our technology stack where appropriate.You Have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on ReactJS and TypeScript
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
  • Understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • A lean mindset-focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing in an iterative manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
