Job Description:
We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer based in Miami,
Florida, or the Bay Area, California, requiring in-person work 4
days a week on a full-time basis. The role centers on leading the
design, development, and maintenance of scalable, innovative web
applications using technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, React,
AWS, MySQL, and RDS. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product heads, to
deliver robust solutions that align with business objectives and
user needs. Responsibilities include technical leadership,
mentorship, architectural design, performance optimization, and the
adoption of development best practices. The role also involves
staying current with emerging technologies and trends to
continuously enhance the technical stack and guide strategic
