We are seeking a Devops engineer with very strong technical skills, who is excited about enabling AI for customers. Responsibilities: Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve Share on-call duty to keep services running 24x7 Improve infrastructure and development environment Requirements: Strong background in Linux Administration Experience with automation/configuration management Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required) Hands-on at writing Shell, Bash, Python script A working understanding of other programming languages, e.g., Java, Javascript, is a big plus Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service Willing and enjoy learning new technologies About Rulai Silicon Valley-based Rulai delivers AI virtual customer assistance that reduces sales and support costs, increases sales conversion rates and improves customer experience with quick, always-available, chat-and SMS-based, human-like conversational engagement.
