Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project
management. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within
consumer hardware or manufacturing. Experience in managing
Engineering Bill of Materials (BOMs), Product Change Management and
Product Data Management (PDM) or Master Data Management (MDM).
Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing
cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in PLM
fundamentals, including advanced BOM structuring, end-to-end
engineering change management, and the governance of technical
product documentation. Experience working with manufacturing teams
(e.g., procurement, planning), hardware engineers, and contract
manufacturers to manage New Product Introduction (NPI) BOMs from
early-stage through mass production (MP) and sustaining.
Proficiency in enterprise PLM platforms, including Siemens
teamcenter. Ability to influence stakeholders and executive
leadership across global, decentralized teams to align on process
standards and data governance, with excellent cross-functional

complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working

time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team is a broad reaching partner
within the Global Sourcing and Intelligence Operations team,
trusted to provide and build a culture around quality product data
management from concept to end of life. We employ consistent,
end-user focused processes and maintain a secure single source of
truth in order to enable efficiency, scalability, and product
excellence. As a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Operations
Program Manager, you will be the primary team driving effective
management of product data throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Your work will directly contribute to the creation and maintenance
of data that is the foundation for supply chain, product operations
and cost management. You will work with the engineering team,
product team, operations and external partners to enable the
development, launch, and sustainment of the product. Google's

technology. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Engage and synchronize with product stakeholders
to integrate PLM milestones (e.g., Bill of Materials, SKUs, ECOs)
into the core development schedule. Drive PLM standardization
across global operations, replacing fragmented workflows with
unified, scalable policies. Maintain a single source of truth by
ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness of product BOMs at every
lifecycle gate. Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks by
advocating continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle
times for engineering changes and improve overall data velocity.
Modernize legacy workflows by automating manual data entry and
optimizing system configurations, significantly increasing the
team's capacity for complex product launches.
