Job Description Job Description Job Summary LHH is recruiting a
Paralegal for a law firm in the Nashville area. The Paralegal As a
will blend litigation knowledge with advanced technology skills to
ensure data is collected, processed, reviewed, and produced in a
defensible and efficient manner. The candidate will collaborate
closely with attorneys, vendors, and IT professionals to optimize
workflows, maintain reliable review environments, and support trial
preparation through digital exhibit management and presentation
tools. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven
legal professional who thrives at the intersection of litigation
strategy and modern legal technology. Key Responsibilities
Administer legal holds, data collections, processing, review, and
production workflows Build and maintain document review databases
(Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, etc.) Perform quality control on
metadata, load files, and productions Coordinate with eDiscovery
vendors and internal IT teams Support analytics (email threading,
deduping, keyword/search testing) Assist with trial technology:
exhibit databases, video sync, call-outs, TrialDirector/OnCue
workflows Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of hands-on
Litigation experience A strong fluency in review platforms;
understanding of EDRM and Rule 26/34 obligations Experience in
Relativity and strong Excel/analytics skills is preferred Benefits:
