Job Description:
Rosasco Law Group is seeking a friendly, responsive, and
experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. This role provides
direct support to attorneys in a busy and fast?paced legal
environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years
of experience as a Legal Assistant, is detail?oriented, highly
organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining
exceptional professionalism. Compensation: $23 - $38 hourly
Responsibilities: - Provide daily administrative and legal support
to attorneys - Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence,
pleadings, and other legal documents. - File legal documents with
courts (including e-filing) - Manage attorney calendars, schedule
meetings, and coordinate court dates - Open, organize, and maintain
client files - Handle client communications professionally and
confidentially - Provide general office support, including
scheduling, data entry, and reception backup - General
administrative duties as required Qualifications: - A minimum of
three (3) years of experience in a law firm as a Legal Assistant -
Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document
formatting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to
multitask and meet tight deadlines - A high school diploma or

& employment law on behalf of employers with particular emphasis on
the agricultural industry. We handle class actions, PAGA cases,
wage and hour matters, administrative cases, and cases involving
