The firm is replacing a departing attorney and is prioritizing long-term cultural alignment and plaintiff-side commitment above all else. About the Role You will manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution with meaningful support from an experienced litigation team. The firm maintains structured performance metrics while fostering professional growth and strategic development. Your work will include: Drafting and filing pleadings in the California Superior Court Propounding and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Reviewing and analyzing complex medical records Preparing cases for mediation and trial Negotiating settlements Maintaining consistent and empathetic client communication Collaborating with attorneys and staff on litigation strategy Trial experience is welcomed but not required. What matters most is a demonstrated plaintiff mindset and the ability to independently manage cases with accountability. Compensation Base salary range: $130,000 to $190,000, depending on experience Base-heavy compensation model Discretionary holiday bonuses Additional discretionary performance bonuses First-year earnings are expected to align closely with base salary as the firm invests in onboarding and case development.
