be at the heart of day-to-day warehouse activities, working
directly with teams to ensure accurate inventory, seamless shipping

across supply chain, procurement, and operations, using your

for more information! What You’ll Do Oversee and execute daily
inventory control tasks to keep stock accurate Lead and train your
team in cycle counting, investigating discrepancies, and rolling
out corrective actions Monitor and reconcile inventory using
ERP/WMS systems Collaborate with procurement, production, and
warehouse teams to tackle shortages, overages, or variances before
they escalate Ensure shipments and receipts are finished daily with
speed and accuracy—jumping in to help where needed Uphold
compliance with safety, company, and regulatory guidelines Support
both internal and external audits related to inventory Champion
process improvements, including 5S programs for optimal warehouse
cleanliness and organization What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience
in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with
leadership experience a plus Hands-on experience preparing,
kitting, or staging materials for manufacturing; experience in a
machine shop environment preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred
Training or experience in Lean principles is a plus Strong command
of inventory best practices and ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle,
Epicor, or similar) Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
strengths Excellent communication skills and natural team
leadership Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
