Provides bereavement support through grief support, memorial services, family assessment and conference. Be a part of the team leading the nation in healthcare.Location4687 - ProMedica Hospice Care - Serving Santa Clara County, CaliforniaEducational RequirementsBachelor's degree in counseling, theology or related field required; Master's degree in the area of mental health preferred.Position RequirementsExperience in caregiver support and counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying.Experience in developing and conducting programs of support.One year experience in home health care or hospice preferred.Proficient computer skills preferred.
