Currently seeking Customer Service Rep applicants responsible to:
Answer incoming calls for rescheduling and screening WIC
applicants; Contact participants to reschedule missed appointments,
including via 2-way texting; Maintain accurate, updated participant
telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and food packages;
Ensure Autodialer is set properly to run. Join the team for an
