Leadat Baseload, you'll lead energy projects from first concept to
operational power plant-turning vision into reality. You'll
coordinate across engineering, geoscience, communities, off-takers,
and regulators to keep progress steady and aligned. In our lean,
fast-moving team, you'll make smart calls, bring in the right
expertise, and keep things moving without waiting for permission.
You won't just deliver projects-you'll help shape how we do things,

- Take ownership of the execution of projects from prospect to an
operational power plant.
- Define project scope, establish detailed schedule and
milestones, manage changes, and refine plan as project
progresses.
- Provide or coordinate technical and engineering support for
permitting, regulatory engagement, and community
communications.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle,
including investors, off-takers, landowners, local authorities, and
regulators.
- Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional project teams,
coordinating with internal departments and external partners
including EPC contractors and consultants.
- Define construction plans and negotiate delivery contracts,
ensuring alignment with technical and commercial objectives.
- Review key technical and commercial documents (e.g., RFPs,
P&IDs, EPC & O&M contracts) to safeguard project viability
and protect stakeholder interests.And through the lens of our

strategic thinking with hands-on execution.You know how to navigate
complexity, but you're equally comfortable digging into the
details, engaging directly with partners, and doing the practical
work that moves a project forward. In this role, initiative,
ownership, and follow-through matter just as much as vision.Aside
from that, you have:
- A degree in Engineering, Geoscience or a related technical
field.
- 7+ years of experience in energy project development, ideally
in Geothermal, or Oil and Gas.
- Project development experience, ideally involving a broad range
of phases such as managing drilling operations and supervising
power plant construction, and related activities.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards, ensuring
compliance throughout all phases of power generation and project
development.
- Experience working with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)
management systems and integrating HSE into project execution
plans.
- Familiarity with national policies related to the development
and financing of renewable energy projects.
- Familiarity with permitting processes, EPC contracts, and
stakeholder engagement in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (such
as PMP and Prince2), with proven experience in applying these
methods effectively, and proficiency in tools like MS Project.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to support
project execution and alignment with commercial goals.More

depending on the project phases. Occasional international travel
