My clientis a licensed Civil Engineering, land surveying, Design, and land use planning Firm who is hiring a Land Surveyor with 2+ years of experience! Description: Perform Land Surveying Field Services (topographic survey, boundary survey, construction staking). Must be able to take direction and work with a team, or independently. Have the physical ability to work out doors' Have the ability to be on feet all day, carry 50 lbs., and work with tools Must provide proof of a clean driving record in order to drive the company vehicle.Technical Responsible for 40% Record of Survey, Boundary Adjustment, Construction Staking, Boundary Resolutions. Draft Topo's and build surfaces. Communicate and coordinate with sub-consultants and clients.In this role, you will have a big impact and lots of visibility, working daily with the President, local municipalities and clients. You'll play a central role in helping us evolve our surveying practices and will advise us on technology investments to grow our business. You will collaborate directly with clients. Your day will be filled with research, field work, Civil 3D CAD drafting, boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, construction staking, tentative/final maps, legal descriptions, dedications, easements, plats...and more.Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in Survey experience in the field Experience in CAD Civil 3D drafting Able to process Survey Data Did we mention that can-do, positive attitude?
