We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role involves direct customer contact and the management of client relationships to effectively drive revenue and sustain our market leader status. You will focus on reaching sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining Arrows reputation in the electronics market. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales territories. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet these needs. Organize and lead client meetings and presentations to promote Arrow’s products and services. Monitor sales metrics (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts) and report results to the sales team. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to negotiate and understand the sales process Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Fast learner with a passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Sales Certification (e.g., CPSA) Certification in Marketing or a related field is advantageous
