Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, selfstarting Outside
Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow sales
within the Bay Area and surrounding territory. This role is ideal
for a sales professional who enjoys building longterm customer
relationships and driving profitable growth. You will be
responsible for developing new business, expanding existing
accounts, and positioning WCP Solutions as a trusted partner
through product expertise, responsiveness, and consultative

and results Essential Functions Close new and repeat profitable
sales in alignment with company, division, and territory margin
objectives Manage and grow a defined territory through strategic
planning and execution Develop annual, quarterly, weekly, and daily
sales action plans Increase customer share and market share through
targeted account growth Research, introduce, and recommend new
products and solutions to customers Prepare, present, and update
pricing quotes; assist in managing appropriate inventory levels
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions related
to pricing, orders, credit, and service issues Build and maintain
strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Actively represent WCP Solutions in the marketplace with
professionalism and integrity Additional Responsibilities Review
customer accounts and make informed recommendations regarding
credit limits Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Inside Sales,
and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and
competitive activity Qualifications AA or BA degree in a related
field preferred (relevant experience may substitute) Three (3) or
more years of sales experience, inside or outside preferred Proven
ability to prospect, manage a territory, and close business Valid
driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Proficiency in
Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities Strong customerservice mindset with the
ability to perform under pressure Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Confident presentation and consultative
selling abilities Highly organized, selfmotivated, and
resultsdriven Adaptable, approachable, and comfortable managing
change Knowledge of market dynamics, customer needs, and
competitive landscape Working Conditions Combination of fieldbased
work at customer locations and professional office environment
Extensive driving within assigned territory Heavy phone and
electronic communication with customers and internal teams Ability
