someone with a proven sales track record, a competitive spirit, and
a passion for achieving great results! Experience in a
commission-based role is preferred. As a New Home Consultant,
you'll need strong communication skills, whether you’re meeting
clients face-to-face or on the phone. Weekend work is a required
aspect of this position. Benefits This role offers a competitive
compensation package, including extensive training, and benefits

recognition for our team members. Compensation Total Compensation:
$166,660 – $397,180 with uncapped potential.* Commission: 1.5%
commission paid on all closed sales. Bonus: Paid at various levels
of closed sales achievement within a calendar year ($5,000 -
$145,000 based on number of units closed). Hourly Base
Compensation: Anticipated annual compensation of $33,280 paid at
$16/hour based on a 40-hour work week. *Includes Hourly Base
Compensation Commission Bonus (Range based on 18 – 40 units closed
with a 1.5% commission on an average sales price of $494,000) CCPA
