Float Pool - Part-Time - Night Shifts The position of Registered
Nurse in our Regional Float Pool entails delivering nursing care
across various hospital locations during night shifts, primarily
focusing on adult and elderly patients. This role involves
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized care
while working collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams in

practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating
tailored nursing care in line with established nursing standards
for adult and geriatric patients. Candidates are expected to report
to facilities within the regional area of their home hospital. The
specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval
from the leadership team. Position Details: Department: Regional
Float Pool Status: Part-Time (24 hours per week) Shift: Nights
Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required Base Pay:
Based on Experience Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and Shift
Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for

(Med/Surg): Orthopedics, Trauma, Surgery, Oncology, Neurology,
Medical, Surgical Telemetry (Tele): Cardiac, Surgical, Medical
Stepdown (SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neurology, Cardiac
Intensive Care (ICU): Cardiac Vascular ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU,
Surgical ICU, Neurology ICU Emergency Department (ED/ER) Labor &
Delivery (L&D) And more! Facilities You Will Serve (Minimum of

Girardeau, MO Facility H - Dexter, MO Qualifications: Required
Education: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
Preferred Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a
current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure,
meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Required
Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for
Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of
two years of recent bedside RN experience is required. Preferred
Experience: Familiarity with Epic systems Certifications (Required
to Start): BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health BLS & NRP for
Women's Health BLS, ACLS for Critical Care BLS, ACLS, & PALS for
Emergency Department Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand
and walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and
lifting of patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up
